Happy New Year to One and All…. may your fondest dreams come true in such an auspicious year.
I had a couple of weeks of down time to celebrate the season with my family and to spend some time doing my own thing…. mostly relaxing from a very busy year. There were shows and adventures… making sure my children are following their hearts to their own dreams. It’s so cool to watch your children finally choose their way of life and how to find their own path. To see them invest in their futures on their terms is simply amazing. I can hardly believe how happy it makes me.
The new body of work is something I’ve just begun over the past few days… it’s my interpretation of what I feel are the vibrations of life. I’m quite excited about the outcome and I believe it will really free my artistic expression. I know any new method of painting I try only serves to enhance my landscapes. I just feel far more passionate about my career and the possibilities I can create with other people. The opportunities seem to open up more and more all the time. I venture out into larger shows and more fulfilling experiences whenever I allow my art to open up my heart and soul.
Life promises to be more amazing than ever and much more gratifying this year…. I am so excited with the direction my world is taking.
